  Abstract:
 
Base reference of modern manufacturer in correlation with the global market competition is shorter response on market demands. Direct consequence of this demand is need for shorter time to market. Vital interest in these conditions is finding of production process that can enable shorter time of work, saving on work and achieved define goals. One of technologies, which enable those terms, is Selective Laser Sintering - SLS processes.
To allow data transfer from CAD working stations to SLS machine it is necessary to accomplish conversion of 3D CAD geometrical reviews in adequate data form. Process of conversation is performing in separate program packets so called interface, and exit is specific STL file. During conversation process 3D CAD body is represented like sequence of triangle elements, irrespective on order and topology.
In this paper, is made an analysis for triangle approximation influence is analysed on quality parameters of parts produced by SLS process and that influence is presented on Frenzies tub-wheel prototype. The tub-wheel is produced by DM50-V2 material on EOSINT M250 machine, producer EOS Munich, Germany.
